We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA locations.Location: Chennai, Tamil NaduExperience Required: 6 months - 5 YrsEmployment Type: Full-Time Contract Long Term positionWorking Days: Monday to SaturdayWorking Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PMTravel Requirement: Must have own two-wheeler or vehicle to commute between client sitesSalary Structure: Base monthly package with performance-based slabsMinimum Daily Task: 4 support tickets per dayJob Description:Provide Level 1 technical support for desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.Perform basic hardware repairs and replacements (fan, RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboard, screen, motherboard).Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate hardware issues for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.Install and configure operating systems (Windows/Linux) and basic drivers when required after hardware fix.Coordinate with the backend support team for ticket updates and parts availability.Accurately update the status of tickets in the tracking system on completion.Provide on-site IT hardware support at multiple client locations across Chennai.Ensure minimum of 4 tickets are attended and resolved per day.Maintain basic tools and spare parts inventory during travel.Ensure client satisfaction through timely and quality service.Candidate Requirements:Good Understanding in laptop or desktop hardware repair, assembly, and troubleshooting.Good understanding of hardware components and internal architecture of laptops.Should own a two-wheeler or personal vehicle for daily site visits.Willingness to travel across various customer locations within Chennai.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Knowledge of ticketing tools or service desk systems is a plus.If interested please share your updated resume for further process to visalakshi.s@eilglobal.com
