Job Overview :As a Pharma Counsellor, your primary responsibility is promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers and facilitating sales. You will work closely with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to educate them about the benefits of the products you represent. Your role involves building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, providing product information and support, and achieving sales targets.It's a target-based job only.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers.2. Build and maintain relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.3. Educate healthcare providers about the features, benefits, and proper usage of pharmaceutical products.4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory.5. Provide product samples, literature, and other promotional materials to healthcare providers.6. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.7. Achieve sales targets and other performance metrics.
