**Company:** Bajaj Auto Credit Ltd.**Job Title:** Collection Officer - Motor Vehicle, Commercial Vehicle**Job Location(s):**- **Uttar Pradesh (UP) East:**- Prayagraj- Chitrakoot- Lakhimpur Kheri- Orai- **Uttar Pradesh (UP) West:**- Shikohabad- **Northeast (NE):****Designation:** Collection Officer - Motor Vehicle, Commercial Vehicle**Job Role:**- **Portfolio Management:**- Allocation of portfolios to vendors based on past performance trends and FOS (Field Officers) availability.- Ensure the creation of adequate manpower capacity for the portfolio.- Review cases with FOS/TL (Team Leaders) and work assignment based on disposition codes.- **Agency Coordination:**- Coordinate with agency resources, plan for better resolutions, and provide necessary support on difficult cases.- Ensure agency billing closure within 60 days of the completed work month.- Assist agencies with receipt book and repo kits allocation and audit them periodically.- Ensure prior approvals in repo cases and help agencies manage repo-related issues.- **Legal & Compliance:**- Collaborate with the legal team to initiate legal actions against chronic defaulters and deal with enforcement agencies in cases filed by customers/third parties.- BKT (Bucket) resolution with agencies and FOS needs to be tracked and reviewed regularly.- Address CRM queries and ensure closure within the assigned TAT (Turnaround Time).- Ensure RCU (Risk Control Unit) audit queries are reverted before TAT and committed actions are implemented at the field level.- **Team Management:**- Remove non-performing FOS and recruit fresh team members as needed.- Train and support the team to improve performance and compliance.
