position overview:

we are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable travel advisor to assist clients in planning and booking their dream vacations. the ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

key responsibilities:

- consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets.

- research and recommend destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options.

- create customized travel itineraries that align with client expectations.

- stay up-to-date with travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

- provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after trips.

- resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the booking or travel process.

- develop and maintain relationships with travel suppliers and partners.

- promote and sell travel packages, promotions, and services.

qualifications:

- previous experience in travel industry is a must.

- strong knowledge of popular travel destinations including any international destination.

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
