Base Location : Anywhere in India with consistent and stable mobile/ data connectivity (Remote working)

Working hours : Needed to work from 4pm to 1am IST (US Shift)

Education Qualification : Any Bachelors, Preferably BBA, MBA, BCA and Commerce graduates

Expectations :

Candidates should be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills especially in written and verbal communication.

Candidate(s) should be fluent in English and should be able to write emails and notes without any hassle and with alacrity

Candidates should have a neutral accent and must have the competency to comprehend international accent(s) over calls

Good E-Commerce knowledge

Basic Software knowledge

Candidates should be ready to work in rotating night shift

Roles and responsibilities of ADR:

The role demands an acute acumen to search and develop a database of potential clients

One has to create leads using LinkedIn, Zoominfo and similar contact databases

Responsibility lies from searching the right companies, relevant contacts to make the sales pitch until the lead is converted into an opportunity for sales team

This is an individual contributing role and targets would be set based on overall team targets.
