The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and converting them into clients.Responsibilities:1) Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote our healthcare products and services2) Identifying and qualifying leads to develop a strong sales pipeline3) Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure repeat business4) Meeting or exceeding sales targets on a regular basis5) Providing excellent customer service to maintain customer satisfaction6) Collecting and updating customer information in our CRM system7) Collaborating with the sales team to develop new sales strategies and improve existing ones8) Participating in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledgeRequirements:1) Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar sales/customer service role2) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written3) Ability to persuade and influence customers4) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet5) Ability to work well in a team and independently6) Knowledge of healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory7) Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite8) High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferredWe offer a competitive salary package and benefits, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within our company.
