Identify emerging market trends and shifts while being fully aware of competitive landscape.? Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region.? Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and ACHIEVE targets? Monitor sales , perform periodical forecasting and reporting.? Manage, train, and motivate existing sales to drive revenue growth for company .? Collect customer and market feedback and incorporate the same into the planning process.? Formulate suitable strategies to drive customer loyalty, dealer & distributor loyalty.? Coordinate with various functional staffs at the plants for timely execution of orders and financial closure of deals.?
