Job Description: CounsellorCandidates should have worked for institutional sales for at least 2 yrs (currently doing for last 2 -3 yrs). Candidates should have counseling experience prior to sales or currently doing the counseling with sales. Candidates shortlisted for regions have to travel a lot (eg: 20 days in a month). Candidates should have sales pitch and the convincing power to do closure. He should have a good product knowledge for which the sales / counseling he is doing. Candidates should have worked on all types of marketing activities from the point of educational / institutional sales. In future he may have to manage a team, so managerial skill preferred, means bold in speaking, convincing power, positive attitude, taking of ownership of doing things, should be energetic overall.
