Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care:Conduct initial assessments, diagnose illnesses, and formulate treatment plans.Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatments as needed.Assist in managing acute medical conditions and respond to patient emergencies.Coordination and Communication:Work closely with consultants, nurses, and allied health professionals.Communicate patient updates and care plans to families and caregivers.Provide detailed handovers during shift changes.Procedures and Clinical Duties:Perform medical procedures such as cannulation, intubation, suturing, and lumbar punctures (where applicable).Support consultants during surgeries or other medical interventions.Compliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, policies, and relevant medical regulations.Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.Report any adverse events or medical errors promptly.Education and Training:Participate in continuing medical education (CME) and professional development activities.Mentor and train junior medical staff or interns if applicable.

Provide daily medical care and supervision to patients admitted in the ward.Conduct regular patient rounds and monitor patient conditions.Carry out physician instructions and update treatment charts.Respond to medical emergencies promptly and escalate critical cases.Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for smooth operations.Ensure proper documentation and reporting of patient progress.Counsel patients and their families regarding treatment plans and discharge processes.

Can handle ICU patients very well.Know about the Central Line & Intubation,Post Op CVTS, Cardiology ICU Managements ECG Reading Procedure like can handle it by own.providing assistance to consultants and nursing staff.Follow the ICU procedures as guided by consultantsHE/SHE must assist in the management of patients and provide back-up support to the consultant.He/she must to manage the critically ill patient pre and postoperativelyHe/She must know to assist consultants and nursing staff in the Intensive Care Unit, Theatre recovery area, ward or other areas in the hospital as needed.He/She must know to respond immediately to clinical emergencies within all departments in the hospital and in the absence of a more experienced medical practitioner, lead the resuscitation team during emergency situations.*Responsibilities and Duties1) To see/treat patients at the request of consultant or nursing staff.2) To liaise with the senior nurse in charge of the ward/s for a nursing handover at least once per day and then as required for updates.3) Advise the consultant immediately of any patient who threatens to discharge themselves against medical advice4) In an emergency situation, undertake emergency investigations and procedures in accordance with hospital policies and protocols and/or as directed by the patients consultant.5) To be part of a team providing 24-hour medical cover and immediate first-line airway management and resuscitation to any patient, visitorQualifications and Skills RequiredQualification requiredAny Specialization - BHMS, BAMS, EMS Medicine Doctorate: Any DoctorateSkills RequiredRead ECG, RT Insertion, Dressing, Catheter Insertion, Primary Line of Treatment, Emergency Patient handling, Theatre recovery area and ward, PICU, ICU.Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In
