Field experience in telecom background , preferably with work experience in In-building solutions (IBS)/ Distributed Antenna System (DAS) projects. Basic knowledge in IBS and DAS related projects and to execute the projects by analysing the design and site situation. Should be a team player with an experience in RF cable routing , RF connector termination , RF passive accessories fixing (splitters/coupler/antenna) and its testing Basic experience in handling tools.Experience in Tower climbing and tower top activities ,Like GSM antenna installations & MW antenna installations

1. Manage a team of high performing individuals specialized in sourcing, procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics and quality. Should have the necessary technical knowhow to support and guide such a team2. Collect and compile information from project sales received through sale orders (MTS/MTO), delivery schedules and project schedules, and assign work to all functions3. Should have a good network of qualified vendors at all existing and expected project locations4. Optimise cost across all projects by efficiently utilizing resources, manpower and time; ensure costs are competitive when compared with that of the competition5. Manage logistics, both domestic and international, in such a way that costs are controlled and optimized and products arrive on time at the destination with no damages/defects

Position Deputy General Manager Project ManufacturingAcademic Qualifications Graduate in Mechanical EngineeringGoal - Scope starts from Sale Order creation on SAP, triggered by MTS or MTO, until on-time delivery of all material at the project site as per agreed schedule, prescribed quality standards and agreed quantity. Planning, sourcing and ordering of all components required for the project. Stocking of ordered components in the warehouse, packing at appropriate times and transportation, both incoming and outgoing, including imports/exports. Identification and development of new vendors at locations close to project sites. May need to travel as and when required to support business goalsExperience 15-18 years of experience of which at least 8-10 years in Project Manufacturing

Ensure that all parts required as per monthly production plan is available as per schedule Convert all PRs to POs within 2 days of release Ensure that all details such as POs, quality plan and drawings are submitted to the vendor Ensure that all parts arrive on time from the vendor and support in completing GRN Support quality team in resolution of any related issues Ensure that vendors payments are made on time Support Sourcing team in evaluation of vendors Communicate with PPC to update regarding lead times to ensure that production plan is stable; any variance in lead times should be communicated on time

Produce Jaw crushers as per production plan by leading a group of technicians/workmen by way of example Ensure check sheets are maintained and filled to ensure that all quality parameters are met Track actual hours generated, ensure discipline, and enhance efficiency of workmen Maintain cleanliness on the shop floor by ensuring principles of 5S Ensure safe working conditions at the work center
