• Produce Jaw crushers as per production plan by leading a group of technicians/workmen by way of example

• Ensure check sheets are maintained and filled to ensure that all quality parameters are met

• Track actual hours generated, ensure discipline, and enhance efficiency of workmen

• Maintain cleanliness on the shop floor by ensuring principles of 5S

• Ensure safe working conditions at the work center
