1. Manage a team of high performing individuals specialized in sourcing, procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics and quality. Should have the necessary technical knowhow to support and guide such a team
2. Collect and compile information from project sales received through sale orders (MTS/MTO), delivery schedules and project schedules, and assign work to all functions
3. Should have a good network of qualified vendors at all existing and expected project locations
4. Optimise cost across all projects by efficiently utilizing resources, manpower and time; ensure costs are competitive when compared with that of the competition
5. Manage logistics, both domestic and international, in such a way that costs are controlled and optimized and products arrive on time at the destination with no damages/defects
