- Key Responsibilities:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (): Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in production or manufacturing.

2. 3-9 years of experience in production engineering: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required, with a maximum of 9 years to demonstrate proficiency in production processes.

3. Strong problem-solving skills: The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities to identify and address production issues effectively.
