Role SummaryWe are seeking a motivated B2B Field Industrial Sales Executive to drive sales, build client relationships, and expand Xenith Scientifics footprint in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B industrial or laboratory sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client requirements in QC/R&D environments.Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Saleso Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in targeted industries (Pharma, Food, Petrochemical, etc.).o Visit clients regularly, understand their laboratory needs, and promote suitable products and solutions.o Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.2. Client Relationship Managemento Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.o Provide timely support, quotations, and technical details to clients.o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.3.
