Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure we hire the best talent. You will work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs and help build a strong team for the organization.Key Responsibilities:Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus recruitment.Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidate fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.Develop and post job descriptions and advertisements.Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.Work on building a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
