Manage day-to-day back-office operations, ensuring smooth office administration and coordination.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for preparing reports, maintaining records, and managing data.Support basic design tasks for presentations, social media posts, and marketing materials.Interact effectively with staff, customers, and vendors to address queries and maintain relationships.Handle social media accounts, including posting updates and engaging with followers.Make and manage necessary calls, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups.Preferred experience: 1-2 years. Freshers with strong potential may also apply.
