Cross sell and up sell HDFC Life Insurance products based on the life cycle needs of the customers and asdefined by the organization. To periodically review the progress of direct reports and suggest corrective measures, if any Provides accurate forecasts, updates and requested reports to reporting manager Adhere to a proper business work ethic and create a similar expectation of direct reports/peers Ensure high quality and high persistency of business generated to support long-term profitability of thecompany Provide feedback and suggestions on initiatives/ changes required in branch operations.

Recruit Agents / Advisors Develop agents through coaching, training, team management support etc. Drive agents and advisors team size, activity ratio, case rate per active agent and case size to achieve the premium targets.Desired Candidate Profile:- Must have Minimum 1 Year Experience in Insurance or any field sales. Must be a Graduate. Within 40 years of age.Note:-For Chennai Location Banca channel vacancy is available for both freshers and experienced.For freshers : CTC 2 to 2.4 LPA & for experienced candidate: CTC 3 to 4.2 LPA
