Job Title : Field Sales Executive
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Field Sales & Territory Management:
Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet clients and close deals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales approaches.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in CRM software.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Collaboration & Support:
Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 1-3 years in field sales, B2B sales, or a similar role (industry-specific experience is a plus).
