Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:Drive sales of insurance products through the agency network, achieve targets, and support agents in growing their business.Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, providing them with ongoing support, guidance, and training to ensure success.Agent Recruitment & Onboarding:Assist in recruiting new agents, onboarding them, and ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.Performance Monitoring:Track agent performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to boost productivity.Compliance & Reporting:Ensure agents adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate records of sales and performance.Customer Service:Assist agents in resolving customer issues and provide support during the claims process.
