Industry)Shift: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)Job Description:Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.Review billing data, invoices, and associated documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established billing policies.Process invoices and follow up on payments in a timely manner.Collaborate with the internal team to resolve discrepancies and disputes.Prepare monthly reports on accounts payable activity.Hands on experience on Excel and Tally is Mandatory.Must have 1-3 years of hands on experience in U.S I.T. Industry as Staff AccountantEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts payable.Strong understanding of accounts receivable and month end reporting.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Maintain invoice data into the accounting system accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.Maintain vendor accounts and records, including contact information and payment terms.Prepare and distribute reports on accounts payable aging, outstanding invoices, and payment status to management as required.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
