Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow seller accounts on e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Meesho, and other platforms.Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory, promotions, and performance metrics.Optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and content.Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning, order fulfillment, and customer service.Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and marketplace performance data.Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and marketplace advertising activities.Resolve account-related issues, policy violations, and platform escalations.Generate periodic sales, inventory, and performance reports.Maintain marketplace compliance and ensure adherence to platform guidelines.Develop strategies to improve sales, visibility, and profitability across marketplaces.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Responsibilities:Maintain day-to-day accounting records, vouchers, and ledgers.Process purchase invoices, vendor payments, and expense claims.Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash and petty cash transactions.Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial information.Stores Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.Issue materials as per authorized requisitions and maintain stock records.Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment requests when required.Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory audits.Maintain proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.Track stock movements and prepare inventory reports.Ensure compliance with company policies related to inventory management.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.Ensure accurate maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable regulations.Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.Review and approve financial transactions, journal entries, and reconciliations.Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and accounting procedures.Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.Supervise and mentor accounting team members to ensure efficiency and professional growth.Support business planning, cost control, and profitability improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Financial Reporting & AnalysisFinalization of Accounts: Preparing Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and Cash Flow statements at the end of the month or year.Budgeting: Comparing actual spending against the budget and identifying variances (overspending).Audit Management: Coordinating with Statutory and Internal Auditors to ensure all queries are resolved.2. Taxation & ComplianceDirect Tax: Managing Income Tax filings and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) payments and returns.Indirect Tax: Ensuring timely filing of GST (GSTR-1, 3B, 9C) and reconciling GSTR-2A/2B with purchase books.Statutory Compliance: Managing PF (Provident Fund), ESIC, and Professional Tax payments for employees.3. Treasury & OperationsAccounts Payable/Receivable: Overseeing payments to vendors and ensuring timely collection of dues from customers.Banking: Managing bank reconciliations, Letter of Credit (LC), and Bank Guarantees (especially relevant in Export/Import).Payroll: Supervising the monthly salary processing and ensuring accurate deductions. Required SkillsSoftware Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Tally Prime, SAP, or ERP 9.MS Excel Expert: Mastery of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.Analytical Thinking: Ability to look at a spreadsheet and identify financial risks or cost-saving opportunities.Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) and GST laws.
