Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and will work full-time from our office.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

- **Project Coordination**: Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget.

- **Communication**: Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, effectively communicating client requirements and expectations.

- **Sales Support**: Assist in identifying new business opportunities with existing clients and help in pitching additional services.

- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor account performance metrics and prepare reports on account status for management meetings.

- **Problem Resolution**: Address client issues promptly and effectively, collaborating with relevant teams to find and implement solutions.

Required Skills and Expectations:

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members. Strong organizational skills will help manage multiple accounts effectively. Experience in project management and knowledge of sales processes is crucial. A proactive and results-oriented mindset is expected, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite will be beneficial.
