As a B2B Key Account Manager for the Products division, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through the upselling (existing / newly developed / ideating) of our product features. You will serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, understanding their needs, and providing relevant market research gatherings to tailor-make additions to the product implementation for those clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the HRMS landscape, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position offerings and maximize value for clients.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree plus).Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in a technology or software industry.
