Key Responsibilities
1. Tender Identification & Analysis
Monitor tender portals, government websites, and other sources for relevant opportunities
Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and scope of work
Evaluate feasibility and align with company capabilities
2. Bid Preparation & Documentation
Prepare tender documents, proposals, and submissions in compliance with requirements
Compile technical and commercial documentation
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of bids
3. Coordination & Communication
Liaise with internal teams (sales, finance, legal, operations) for required inputs
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and clients for clarifications
Handle pre-bid queries and attend meetings if required
4. Compliance & Process Management
Ensure adherence to tender guidelines, formats, and legal requirements
Maintain records of all tender documents and submissions
Track deadlines, submission schedules, and follow-ups
5. Pricing & Commercial Support
Assist in preparing cost estimates, pricing sheets, and financial proposals
Support negotiations and revisions during bid evaluation stages
6. Post-Tender Activities
Track tender results and maintain database of wins/losses
Prepare reports on tender performance and success rates
Assist in contract finalization and documentation
