Job Description

Urgent Hiring for Credit Card Sales Executive

Salary: ₹24,000 CTC

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months to 1 Year

Industry: Credit Card Sales / Insurance (Health & Life)/Any banking sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executives with experience in Credit Card or Insurance (Health & Life) sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting sales targets and should possess excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one additional language (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, or Bengali).

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell credit card products to customers through various channels.

Engage with potential customers to explain product features and benefits.

Handle objections and manage customer rejections with a positive attitude.

Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a regular basis.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Credit Card or Insurance (Health/Life) sales.

Proficient in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages such as Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, or Bengali is highly preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.

Versant Level 4 communication rating or equivalent.

Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant sales experience.

Candidates with a strong performance history in direct sales will be preferred.
