Job Description

make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects and services.

respond promptly to incoming inquiries and provide accurate property details.

maintain and update the database of leads, prospects, and client interactions.

follow up regularly with leads to convert them into site visits and sales.

coordinate with the sales team for scheduling property viewings.

explain project features, pricing, location benefits, and payment plans to prospects.

handle customer objections and guide them toward a positive decision.

meet or exceed monthly call targets, lead generation goals, and sales conversion rates.

maintain professionalism and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
