📞 Outbound Calling & Lead Generation
Cold Calling: Contacting potential customers from a provided database to introduce products or services.
Lead Qualification: Identifying hot leads (ready to buy) versus cold leads and passing interested prospects to the Senior Sales Manager.
Follow-ups: Making scheduled calls to customers who previously showed interest to move them closer to a purchase.
💬 Communication & Persuasion
Pitching: Delivering a scripted sales pitch in a way that sounds natural and addresses the customer's specific needs.
Objection Handling: Confidently answering questions and overcoming common excuses (., too expensive or not interested).
Product Knowledge: Maintaining a deep understanding of the product (., plot sizes for Venkateshwara Ventures or technical specs for CS Enterprises NX).
📊 Data Management & CRM
Data Entry: Accurately logging call outcomes, customer feedback, and follow-up dates in the CRM or MS Excel.
Target Achievement: Meeting daily and weekly KPIs, such as Minimum 100 calls per day or 10 appointments fixed per week.
