We are looking for a dedicated Telesales Executive to join our team in South Extension. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales through phone calls and building strong relationships with our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Make Outbound Calls**: You will reach out to potential clients to promote our products and services, aiming to convert inquiries into sales.
- **Understand Customer Needs**: It’s essential to listen to customers and understand their requirements so you can suggest the best solutions that meet their needs.
- **Maintain Customer Records**: You will keep accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and sales results in our database for future reference.
- **Follow Up on Leads**: Contact potential customers who have shown interest in our products to encourage them to make a purchase.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: You will be expected to meet or exceed monthly sales goals set by the management, contributing to the company’s overall success.
- **Provide Product Information**: Clearly explain product features and benefits to customers, allowing them to make informed buying decisions.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
A successful candidate should have strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers. Basic computer skills are necessary for using sales software and maintaining records. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and demonstrate a positive attitude. Previous experience in sales or customer service will be an advantage, but freshers are also encouraged to apply. Being a team player and having a willingness to learn will help you succeed in this role.
