5. **Achieving Targets**: Work towards weekly and monthly call targets, promoting a sense of achievement and contributing to team success.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have completed their 12th grade and display excellent verbal communication skills. A friendly and approachable demeanor is essential, as you will be interacting with various customers. Basic computer knowledge is important for record keeping. We encourage candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience, especially those eager to learn and grow in a professional environment.
