we are looking for a dedicated and friendly **tele-caller (female)** to join our dynamic team. as a tele-caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, making outbound calls, and providing information about our products/services to generate leads, close sales, and maintain customer relationships.

### **key responsibilities**:

- **outbound calls**: make calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services.

- **lead generation**: identify new sales opportunities, qualify leads, and collect relevant customer data.

- **customer support**: answer customer queries, provide detailed product/service information, and resolve any concerns.

- **sales & conversion**: encourage customers to purchase products or services, meeting or exceeding set targets.

- **database management**: update and maintain customer records and information in the crm system.

- **follow-ups**: follow up with leads and prospects to close sales and provide after-sales support.

- **reporting**: provide regular updates on sales progress and call outcomes to the management team.

- **persuasiveness**: ability to convince and influence customers with a strong sales approach.

- **tech-savvy**: comfortable using computers, crm software, and phone systems.
