Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Tele-caller (Female) to join our dynamic team. As a Tele-caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, making outbound calls, and providing information about our products/services to generate leads, close sales, and maintain customer relationships.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services.

- Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities, qualify leads, and collect relevant customer data.

- Customer Support: Answer customer queries, provide detailed product/service information, and resolve any concerns.

- Sales & Conversion: Encourage customers to purchase products or services, meeting or exceeding set targets.

- Database Management: Update and maintain customer records and information in the CRM system.

- Follow-ups: Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales and provide after-sales support.

- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales progress and call outcomes to the management team.

### Requirements:

- Gender: Female

- Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (further education in communications or sales is a plus).

- Experience: Previous experience in tele-calling, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional tone.

- Fluency: Proficiency in English & Hindi must.

- Persuasiveness: Ability to convince and influence customers with a strong sales approach.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and phone systems.
