**Job Title**: Tele-caller (Female)**Job Location**: Laxmi Nagar, Delhi**Job Type**: Full-time**Salary**: 100K-150K Per/Annum + Incentive**Job Summary**:We are looking for a dedicated and friendly **Tele-caller (Female)** to join our dynamic team. As a Tele-caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, making outbound calls, and providing information about our products/services to generate leads, close sales, and maintain customer relationships.---### **Key Responsibilities**:- **Outbound Calls**: Make calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services.- **Lead Generation**: Identify new sales opportunities, qualify leads, and collect relevant customer data.- **Customer Support**: Answer customer queries, provide detailed product/service information, and resolve any concerns.- **Sales & Conversion**: Encourage customers to purchase products or services, meeting or exceeding set targets.- **Database Management**: Update and maintain customer records and information in the CRM system.- **Follow-ups**: Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales and provide after-sales support.- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates on sales progress and call outcomes to the management team.---### **Requirements**:- **Gender**: Female- **Education**: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (further education in communications or sales is a plus).- **Experience**: Previous experience in tele-calling, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional tone.- **Fluency**: Proficiency in English & Hindi must.- **Persuasiveness**: Ability to convince and influence customers with a strong sales approach.- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and phone systems.
