3. **Lead Generation**: Collect and input customer data into our system for potential follow-up, ensuring the information is correct and up-to-date.

4. **Follow-Up Calls**: You will follow up with leads to confirm interest and schedule appointments for further discussions.

5. **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience with our services and report insights to the management team.
