Hiring Freshers || Telesales Executive

Make outbound cold calls to prospects for DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) and related services.

Handle incoming leads from ads, emails, and WhatsApp messages.

Conduct follow-ups with interested clients for document collection and payments.

Maintain daily call records & follow-up sheet in Excel/Google Sheets.

Generate new leads via Google, Justdial, LinkedIn, and referrals.

Draft and send professional emails / WhatsApp messages for promotions and client communication.

Manage WhatsApp Business account quick replies, status updates, and lead handling.

Create and send email campaigns / follow-up templates to increase conversions.

Assist in running small Facebook / Instagram ads and tracking results.

Support in creating marketing creatives (basic Canva edits / captions).

Maintain a database of leads, clients, and ad inquiries.

Prepare daily performance report (calls made, leads generated, conversions).
