Make outbound cold calls to prospects for DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) and related services.Handle incoming leads from ads, emails, and WhatsApp messages.Conduct follow-ups with interested clients for document collection and payments.Maintain daily call records & follow-up sheet in Excel/Google Sheets.Generate new leads via Google, Justdial, LinkedIn, and referrals.Draft and send professional emails / WhatsApp messages for promotions and client communication.Manage WhatsApp Business account quick replies, status updates, and lead handling.Create and send email campaigns / follow-up templates to increase conversions.Assist in running small Facebook / Instagram ads and tracking results.Support in creating marketing creatives (basic Canva edits / captions).Maintain a database of leads, clients, and ad inquiries.Prepare daily performance report (calls made, leads generated, conversions).
