Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and fix site visits.
€¢ Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads.
€¢ Provide details about projects, pricing, and availability.
€¢ Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly.
€¢ Coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-ups.
€¢ Meet weekly/monthly targets for calls, site visits, and conversions.
€¢ Maintain a professional and courteous approach with clients.
Candidate Requirements:
€¢ Graduate or 12th Pass with good communication skills.
€¢ Prior experience in telesales, preferably in real estate or similar industry.
€¢ Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
€¢ Good knowledge of local property market is a plus.
€¢ Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools)
