- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s offerings to effectively respond to customer inquiries and objections.

- **Sales Pitching:** Deliver persuasive sales pitches and promote products, working to meet or exceed set sales targets.

- **Database Management:** Update and manage customer databases accurately to keep track of leads and follow-ups.
