Responsibilities:
Making calls to potential customers to get feedback
Coordination between customer and other channel for delivery of products.
Follow up with the customers.
Resolving queries of customers
Maintaining daily call records and database
Submitting daily progress reports
Qualifications:
Any graduate/ undergraduate with 1 to 5 years experience in tele calling, customer support or coordination.
Ready to make 40-50 calls per day.
Confident and good coordination skills.
proficient in Microsoft excel.
