Senior Marketing Manager (Male)

K9HRSOLUTIONS Is Looking For A Senior Marketing Manager Responsible for strategizing and leading marketing activities

to generate new business, develop customer relationships,

and expand market share. Handles RFQs, costing, quotations,

and client visits. Coordinates with PPC, production, QA, and

dispatch to meet customer expectations. Drives brand

positioning, customer satisfaction, sales growth, and long

term business development for the forging unit.

1. Technical Knowledge

 Understanding of forging processes (hot forging,

closed die, upset forging, etc.)

 Ability to read engineering drawings, tolerances,

material grades, and specifications

 Knowledge of machining, heat treatment, and

testing processes

 Understanding of costing parameters (raw

material, machining, tooling, freight, overheads)

2. Skills & Competencies  Strong negotiation and communication skills

 Customer relationship and key account

management

 Leadership and team-handling capability

 Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

 Experience in CRM tools or ERP systems

3. Behavioural Attributes

 Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

4. Physical & Other Requirements

 Should be capable of attending customer audits

and plant visits
