💰 Salary: ₹40,000 Per Month + Monthly Incentives

💼 Experience: 2+ Years in Sales

👔 Team Leader Experience: Minimum 1 Year

🗓️ Working Days: 6 Days a Week

☀️ Shift: Day Shift

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives/counselors.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and improve conversion ratios.

• Monitor call quality and conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.

• Identify and improve the performance of underperforming team members.

• Control daily shrinkage, attendance, and team availability.

• Minimize employee attrition and improve team retention.

• Prepare daily sales reports, MIS, and Excel reports.

• Track sales pipelines and monitor team performance metrics.

✅ Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Team Leader.

• Strong team management and sales closing skills.

• Experience in shrinkage and attrition control.

• Good English and Hindi communication skills.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
