Job Description

A Coworking Space Sales Executive drives membership/lease sales by generating leads (cold calls, networking), conducting tours, negotiating deals, and closing, while also supporting community through events, managing CRM, and collaborating with marketing for occupancy growth, focusing on client satisfaction, retention, and achieving targets. Key duties include pipeline management, client relationship building, event coordination, and leveraging software/CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively find new clients (startups, corporates) via cold outreach, networking, and marketing leads; conduct space tours and present solutions.

Client Management: Build strong client relationships, manage the entire sales cycle (from inquiry to contract signing), negotiate terms, and provide post-sales support.

Community & Events: Plan and execute events (workshops, networking) to foster community and attract members; act as a liaison for third-party event hosts.

Marketing & Promotion: Support marketing efforts, manage social media/email campaigns, and promote the space's unique offerings.

Operations & Reporting: Use CRM/sales software, maintain accurate records, track sales performance, and provide reports to management.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Sales Acumen: Negotiation, closing skills, pipeline management, target achievement.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and space management software.

Community Focus: Ability to create a welcoming atmosphere and support member engagement.

Market Knowledge: Understanding of commercial real estate, competitor offerings, and local business trends.
