about the role
scaler is looking for experienced and highly driven *sales managers* to join our dynamic team in bangalore. this role is ideal for professionals passionate about the ed-tech space, who bring both strategic insight and team leadership capabilities.
key responsibilities
- lead a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- monitor and enhance team productivity through regular training and performance management.
- analyze sales metrics to identify improvement areas and strategize accordingly.
- ensure a customer-first approach in every interaction, maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- coordinate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to improve conversion metrics.

- education:
- ug: mtech / btech / bcom / be (tech background preferred)
- pg: mba
- experience:
- minimum 4 years of total experience
- at least 2 years in the ed-tech industry (mandatory)
