About the Role
Scaler is looking for experienced and highly driven *Sales Managers* to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about the ed-tech space, who bring both strategic insight and team leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor and enhance team productivity through regular training and performance management.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify improvement areas and strategize accordingly.
- Ensure a customer-first approach in every interaction, maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to improve conversion metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education:
- UG: MTech / BTech / BCom / BE (Tech background preferred)
- PG: MBA
- Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of total experience
- At least 2 years in the Ed-Tech industry (mandatory)
- 1 - 3 years of team management experience (preferred in Ed-Tech)
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a target-oriented, fast-paced environment
