Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end sales of new and vacant properties through CRM-generated leads.
Generate and conduct site visits for interested customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Manage negotiations with buyers and ensure timely deal closures.
Achieve weekly targets of 5-6 prospective site visits.
Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Update CRM with customer interactions and sales progress.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Fluency in Hindi and English. Knowledge of the local language is an added advantage.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred.
Candidates currently employed or serving notice period are preferred.
Must own a two-wheeler, as the role involves frequent client meetings.
