what is our requirement:-
role- sales manger / sr. sales manager
experience - 2+ years
location : vashi / thane / mumbai / panvel
key responsibilities
manage the complete sales cycle: lead qualification, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
engage with pre-qualified inbound leads (no cold calling required).
understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
build strong developer relationships and stay updated on new launches, pricing, and inventory.
maintain accurate data in crm and generate timely sales reports.
coordinate with internal teams (crm, legal, operations) for seamless client experience.
meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
additional responsibilities (for senior sales manager)
mentor and guide junior sales team members.
lead high-value transactions and handle premium clientele.
assist in strategic planning, sales forecasting, and market expansion initiatives.
collaborate with marketing and developer relations to drive lead quality and conversion.
requirements
212 years of sales experience (real estate / bfsi / insurance / luxury sales preferred).
proven track record of achieving sales targets.
excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
self-motivated and result-oriented mindset.
proficiency in ms office and crm tools.
must own a vehicle (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler) for client/site visits.
