Hiring For Sales Manager

Fit Infinity Gym, Vesu is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills and the ability to drive memberships and business growth.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations at the gym, generating new business through walk-ins, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and local marketing initiatives. The role includes planning and executing marketing and promotional activities, handling and following up on new enquiries received via calls, walk-ins, and online leads, and ensuring timely conversion of prospects into members. The Sales Manager will also manage membership renewals, focus on customer retention, maintain accurate sales records, prepare daily and weekly performance reports, and coordinate closely with trainers and front desk staff to ensure smooth onboarding and a positive experience for all members.
