Job Description

key responsibilities:

-lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly membership sales targets.

-develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.

-conduct gym tours, showcasing cross fit studio gym services, equipment, and programs to prospective clients.

-build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current members.

-monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies as needed.

-provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to the sales team to improve performance.

-collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that drive membership growth.

-ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.

skills required:

-proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.

-strong leadership and team management abilities.

-excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

-goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

-familiarity with fitness center operations and membership sales processes.

-ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies for optimal results.
