job summary:

the sales manager �� lubricants & grease is responsible for driving sales growth, developing new markets, and maintaining strong customer relationships within the automotive, industrial, and commercial lubricant segments. this role involves strategic planning, business development, and team leadership to achieve sales and revenue targets.

key responsibilities:

develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in lubricants and grease products.

identify and appoint new distributors, dealers, and bulk customers in target regions.

maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.

conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per business objectives.

lead, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.

coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.

prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.

represent the company in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.

ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and credit control guidelines.

qualifications & skills:

bachelor��s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (mba preferred).

minimum 3-7 years of experience in lubricants, grease, or petroleum product sales.

strong knowledge of industrial and automotive lubricant products.

proven record of achieving sales targets and expanding market reach.

excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.

proficiency in ms office and crm software.

willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
