Role: Sales Manager / Inside Sales (from Office - no Field Work)
Job Location: Gurugram
Responsibilities:
Sales Manager
o Make Sales Executive wise MIS
Sales - existing sales
Sales - New customer Acquisition
Sales - Lost customer Sales - WIN BACK
Collection - pending payments
Gap Analysis - Product wise sales / identify sales of missing
products and inform sales executive
Sampling - MIS
o Monitor - Monthly Target vs Actual Sales
o Weekly reminder for Pending sales (will see which customers are
not placing order, send email to Sales Executive), to follow up on
sales with Sales Executive
o Weekly reminder for Pending payments (will see which customers
are not paying, send email to Sales Executive), to follow up on
collection with Sales Executive
o Coordinate with sales team, communicating relevant information
and fixing appointments for sales team.
o Complaint Management
Fix Technician visits
MIS - customer wise visits
o Make Sales Coordinator wise MIS.
MIS - for their tasks
MIS - Order calling
MIS - Collection calling
Inside Sales
o Maintain customer contact records.
o Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing.
o Sending quotations and company presentation to customers
o Sending samples to customers (in association of dispatch
department)
Purchase
o Make Purchase Orders and send to suppliers
o Follow up of Purchase orders
o Re-ordering with suppliers
o Good with PO's making & Processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other
administrative positions will be considered a plus
Some knowledge of order entry systems or customer management
systems
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Must have good command over the English language in verbal & written.
Excellent Planning & Coordination skills
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
