job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing client accounts
- meeting weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual revenue targets
- managing client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
- providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
- conducting one-on-one sales presentations
- prospecting to identify new opportunities
- tracking customer & market information, forecasts and reports
- developing and maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads
required skills/experience:
- preference would be given to experience selling on-demand, saas (software as a service) solution or subscription based product to a diverse customer base
- graduate / diploma with 1 to 2 years of sales experience focused on growing existing business or new business
- ability to adapt, navigate through obstacles
- must be solution oriented and customer focused. this solution-oriented and customer-focused approach requires one who can work with customers to define exactly what they are hoping to achieve and then help them deploy the product for maximum value. - strong time management skills
- create new business opportunities through in-depth conversations and relationship building - proven track record of growing business and building a stable customer base
- strong oral and written communication skills
- ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with revenue deadlines
- working knowledge of computer applications such as microsoft office
