we are a reputed valuation company specializing in the assessment of commercial and residential properties for clients availing bank loans. with tie-ups across 10 major banks, we are expanding our network and are seeking a proactive and motivated sales executive to join our team.
role responsibilities:
manage and grow relationships with existing banking partners.
identify, approach, and secure tie-ups with new banks and financial institutions.
coordinate between clients, banks, and the in-house valuation team for smooth execution.
represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and business development interactions.
candidate requirements:
fluency in english, marathi, and hindi (spoken and written).
strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
experience in sales (preferably in real estate, banking, or valuations) is an advantage.
must own a 2-wheeler; petrol expenses will be provided.
should be comfortable traveling across the virar to churchgate belt (office located at ambadi road, vasai west).
compensation:
salary range: 15,000 to 30,000 per month (based on experience and capability).
incentives: high-performing candidates can earn incentives exceeding their fixed monthly salary, depending on the number of new bank tie-ups and business brought in.
