We are a reputed Valuation Company specializing in the assessment of commercial and residential properties for clients availing bank loans. With tie-ups across 10 major banks, we are expanding our network and are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Executive to join our team.
Role Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with existing banking partners.
Identify, approach, and secure tie-ups with new banks and financial institutions.
Coordinate between clients, banks, and the in-house valuation team for smooth execution.
Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and business development interactions.
Candidate Requirements:
Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi (spoken and written).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in sales (preferably in real estate, banking, or valuations) is an advantage.
Must own a 2-wheeler; petrol expenses will be provided.
Should be comfortable traveling across the Virar to Churchgate belt (office located at Ambadi Road, Vasai West).
Compensation:
Salary Range: 15,000 to 30,000 per month (based on experience and capability).
Incentives: High-performing candidates can earn incentives exceeding their fixed monthly salary, depending on the number of new bank tie-ups and business brought in.
