Key Responsibilities

€¢ Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.

€¢ Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings to introduce our products/services.

€¢ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat sales.

€¢ Present product/service offerings to clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.

€¢ Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional activities.

€¢ Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.

€¢ Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.

€¢ Report daily and weekly activities to management and contribute to strategic sales planning.

Qualifications

€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

€¢ Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in [Real estate].

€¢ Strong negotiation and persuasive skills with the ability to close deals.

€¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

€¢ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

€¢ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
